you do not eat only fiber but you should eat watery fruits too. make sure? you take stool softeners especially if you take medication for pain. take proabonics to rid yourself of yeast which hinders your digestive system with toxins. take aloe vera for good digestion or activia in a yogurt. benafiber is good to take daily to get regular and eating oatmeal helps too. banannas are good for potassium but drink that water is a must. cushion your seating to take strain off of bottom
